      Program Requirements

To qualify for the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, you must meet ONE of the following investment options AND other requirements:

OPTION 1. CREATE A NEW BUSINESS

    • Investing at least 1,050,000 USD in the business; this amount may be reduced to $800,000 if invested in a designated Targeted Employment Area
    • Creation of at least 10 full-time employment positions
    • The business must benefit the US economy by providing goods or services to US markets
    • You must be involved in the day-to-day management of the business

    • OPTION 2. PASSIVELY INVEST IN A REGIONAL CENTER

An EB-5 Regional Center is a public or private economic unit charged with promoting economic growth in the United States. Like the first option, this option starts from 800,000 USD. Although there are more than 700 Regional Centers, many do not have active projects and do not comply with the new regulations; so it is important to choose the right one.

      OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS

As a US EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program applicant, you must:

Be a legal resident of the country for five years to qualify for U.S. citizenship.

The world's largest economy is an excellent base for business-minded people and investors. You can live, work, study or retire anywhere in the United States, not determined by where the investment is made. Your children have access to the US education system. The source of funds may be a gift, such as a gift from a parent.

      Application Process

      Customer recruitment begins

We start our process with Form 1. After a successful screening, we will provide you with a Customer Agreement (CA) for you to review and sign. At this stage, we will also recommend a US EB-5 immigration attorney to assist with the entire process.

You will also need to choose a suitable investment. For those interested in the Regional Center (passive investment option), it is important to consider those with a successful track record with EB-5 projects. The Discover team will help guide the EB-5 investor through the selection process.

The legal team will complete all necessary official forms and supporting documents. They will liaise closely with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to comply with program parameters.

      Application review and submission

Before submitting your documents, we thoroughly review your application to ensure it meets all specific requirements of the EB-5 Investor Program.

The legal team will submit the relevant forms to USCIS. The government does its own due diligence and reviews all paperwork

      EB-5 Investor Petition procedures

USCIS processes the EB-5 Investor Petition. Depending on the volume of applications, this process can take anywhere from several months to several years.

      Getting a Temporary Green Card

We fill out the necessary form so that you and your family can obtain a conditional permanent residence visa. This file is sent to USCIS.

      Obtaining a residence permit

USCIS issues you conditional permanent resident visas. These become unconditional. Once you do this, you are eligible to apply for US citizenship.
